黔东南州红心猕猴桃叶尖干枯病病原鉴定

Abstract
为减少黔东南州的红心猕猴桃病害危害、保证产品质量,对产区内的新病害发生情况进行调查研究及病原鉴定.采用组织分离法对病叶进行病原菌分离,使用核糖体rDNA-ITS(Internal transcribed spacer)区序列分析法进行DNA测序,使用MEGA 4.0软件构建分子进化树,结合形态学观察对致病菌进行分类鉴定.结果表明,由病原菌高粱附球菌(Epicoccum sorghinum)导致的一种新病害——叶尖干枯病对红心猕猴桃有严重危害.
