Abstract
采用I2-KI法和TTC法测定6个品种的酢浆草花粉活力,以及花粉活力随时间的变化情况.结果表明,TTC法不适宜酢浆草花粉活力的测定.I2-KI法测定结果表明,不同品种的酢浆草花粉活力不同,开花首日,甜心、大马士革玫瑰、杏仁奶油的花粉活力峰值在13:30,霞光、锂辉石的峰值在9:00,CY的峰值在15:00,随着开花天数的推移,甜心、大马士革玫瑰、CY、杏仁奶油的花粉活力逐渐降低;霞光、锂辉石的花粉活力先升高后降低,峰值在第2天.
