Abstract
该文采用硫酸钙晶须部分替代白炭黑,研究了硫酸钙晶须替代量对胎面复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:随着硫酸钙晶须替代量的增大,复合材料的门尼黏度降低,加工性能提高,Payne效应减小,填料分散性变好,焦烧时间延长,硫化速度变化不大,力学性能中硬度、定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度降低,拉断伸长率增大,磨耗性能降低,动态力学性能提升.
