R513A与润滑油的互溶性及材料兼容性实验研究

Abstract
本文通过自主设计搭建制冷剂润滑油互溶性实验台和兼容性实验台,对R513A制冷剂匹配润滑油展开研究.结果表明随含油率的变化,POE32、PVE32润滑油与R513A的临界互溶温度均低于50℃,具有良好的互溶性;PVE32和R513A的材料兼容性较好,质量与几何尺寸的变化为0%,仅材料5的两组重复性实验中在质量上有16.67%与14.29%的变化,长度上有0.42%与0.11%的变化.
