Abstract
准噶尔盆地南缘深探井属于山前构造,地层倾角大、油层埋深深,普遍采用五开非标井身结构设计.在四开井段的随钻扩眼施工时,需考虑钻具组合的防斜性能.采用纵横弯曲法对随钻扩眼钻具组合力学分析模型进行求解,以钻头侧向力和钻头转角为指标评价变井斜率大小.理论分析表明:双心钻头配合钟摆钻具组合能够在随钻扩眼中起到防斜打快效果,随着扶正器距钻头距离的增加、扶正器外径的增加,降斜效果越好;钻压越大,钻具组合由降斜趋势向增斜趋势转化.南缘呼探1井随钻扩眼钻具组合的成功应用,为后续深井随钻扩眼提供了积极借鉴作用.
