鱼苗分散通道的设计与工作参数

Abstract
为了对鱼苗分选机分选后的鱼苗进行分散,从而方便计数,经多级挡板实现让鱼苗以排队分散状态通过鱼苗分散通道.经离散元仿真分析,研究鱼苗分散通道的装置倾角、挡板角度、进鱼量等等主要工作参数,通过设计正交试验得到工作参数的最优组合解,即当装置倾角为40°、挡板倾角为50°、进鱼量为2条/s时鱼苗分散系数能达到95％以上.以红鲫鱼为试验对象,试验验证了上述仿真结果.
