上海地区葡萄病毒种类及传毒介体检测鉴定

Abstract
2017—2018年对上海市嘉定区、宝山区、奉贤区、浦东新区葡萄种植园进行病毒病调查及传毒介体检测,将采集的叶片混合后通过小RNA测序方法确定侵染病毒种类.结果表明:混合样品带有葡萄双生病毒A(Grapevine geminivirus A,GGVA)、葡萄卷叶伴随病毒2(Grapevine leafroll-associated virus 2,GLRaV-2)、岩生葡萄茎痘伴随病毒(Grapevine rupestris stem pitting-associated virus,GRSPaV)、葡萄斑点病毒(Grapevine fleck virus,GFkV)和葡萄蚕豆萎蔫病毒(Grapevine fabavirus,GFabV)等5种植物病毒;RT-PCR或PCR复验结果与小RNA测序结果一致.同时,对浦东新区葡萄园种植点周边的昆虫带毒情况检测发现,葡萄双生病毒A普遍存在于烟粉虱Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius)、茶黄蓟马Scirtothrips dorsalis Hood、狭领纹唇盲蝽Charagochilus angusticollis、菊方翅网蝽Corythucha marmorata(Uhler)、桃蚜Myzus persicae和寡脉蝇Asteia amoena Meigen体内,此外在狭领纹唇盲蝽体内还检出GFkV,其他病毒未检出.该结果可为进一步研究上海地区葡萄上发生的病毒病种类及传毒介体提供参考.
