Abstract
为进一步提高白花桔梗的产量,本研究优化了白花桔梗不定根固体培养的条件,包括培养基类型、盐强度、激素浓度和不同生长时期有效成分含量.结果表明:白花桔梗不定根培养基的最优条件为1/2盐浓度B5培养基添加0.3 mg·L-1吲哚-3-丁酸(IBA),培养35 d时有效成分含量最高,且皂苷类化合物含量显著高于总黄酮量和多糖量.
