Abstract
"鸡头黄精"是承德道地中药材,价格高,市场缺口大,种植户种植的积极性高,黄精生长周期长,由于存在生理后熟、种皮硬等原因,种子存在休眠,萌发时间长.本研究通过高温、冷冻、强酸、强碱不同梯度处理沙藏后的种子研究黄精种子破眠技术,缩短种子萌发时间,总结出承德地区黄精种子破眠的技术要点,为承德地区黄精种植业生产实践提供一定的技术支撑.
