鸡枞菌菌圃微生物的分离纯化及初步鉴定

Abstract
为分析鸡枞菌菌圃内部微生物的相关联系,采用平板涂布法,分离纯化了菌圃中可培养的微生物,并对可培养微生物的主体类群进行了鉴定.结果 表明,对鸡枞菌菌圃中可培养的微生物进行分离,得到383株细菌和放线菌,其中339株为革兰氏阳性、44株为革兰氏阴性;得到47种丝状真菌,其中能根据菌株形态学特征进行初步鉴定的有43株,另有4株未能鉴定.
