12种杀菌剂对花生褐斑病菌的室内毒力测定

Abstract
采用单胞分离法对采自辽宁省的花生褐斑病菌进行分离,通过观察菌落、孢子形态结合ITS序列比对,确定得到的菌株为落花生尾孢(Cercospora arachidicola Hori).为筛选出防治花生褐斑病菌的高效杀菌剂,采用纸碟法对12种杀菌剂原药进行室内毒力测定.结果表明:试验选取的12种杀菌剂均对花生褐斑病菌具有一定的毒力,其中95％咯菌腈原药的抑菌能力最强,EC50为0.211μg/ml;95％己唑醇、95％丙环唑、97％戊唑醇的抑菌能力较强,EC50分别为0.264、0.369、0.428μg/ml.
