水稻根际解磷菌的分离鉴定与特性研究

Abstract
以无机磷和有机磷为筛选培养基,从12份南方水稻根际土壤筛选到有机磷降解菌287株,无机磷降解菌79株.其中一株解磷活性较高的菌株LSQ31,在培养基含有黄豆粕的摇瓶发酵条件下,菌株的菌体磷达102.5 μg/mL,水溶性磷达44.8μg/mL,总磷达147.3 μg/mL;该菌为革兰氏阴性球菌,无芽孢.经16S rDNA测序分析,菌株LSQ31鉴定为Vogesella属,并且命名为福格斯氏菌(Vogesella sp.)LSQ31.该菌能利用多种碳源和有机氮源,具有与有机肥相互作用有效解磷,并改善土壤退化的潜力.
