Abstract
本研究选取6个花生品种,采取摘果,晒场晾晒的方式进行自然干燥.每24h检测花生壳及籽仁的含水量.试验结果表明:在晾晒过程中,不同品种花生壳、籽仁干燥速度不同;籽仁干燥速度最快的品种含水量降低至安全含水量比最慢的快2d.
