内生菌对镉和盐单一及复合胁迫下水稻幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

Abstract
以水稻为材料,研究内生菌侵染对镉和盐单一及复合胁迫下水稻幼苗生长生理的影响.用浓度为50μmol/L CdCl2溶液和100 mmol/L NaCl溶液对内生菌侵染(Endophyte infected,E+)与内生菌未侵染(Endophyte non-infected,E-)的水稻种子进行单一与复合胁迫处理.与内生菌未侵染的相比,内生菌侵染的水稻幼苗的株高、根长、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量均提高,抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性增强,MDA和脯氨酸含量均下降.内生菌侵染可以缓解镉和盐单一及复合胁迫下水稻幼苗生长的不利影响,帮助水稻幼苗抵抗逆境.
