Abstract
通过宏观检查、微观组织分析、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析及化学成分分析,对电厂汽轮机叶轮轮缘开裂情况进行了失效分析.结果表明,叶轮失效形式为应力腐蚀开裂,叶轮反T形槽内壁上方根部的应力集中与有腐蚀性元素存在的工作环境造成了叶轮开裂.
