Abstract

为杨梅质量安全检测和农药合理使用提供参考,利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定杨梅中甲萘威、氯唑磷等6种农药残留.结果表明:此法的检出限和定量限分别为0.4～300 ng/kg和1～1092 ng/kg,测定6种农药在10～80 ng/mL时线性关系良好(r＞0.997156),平均回收率范围为87.23～97.73％.UPLC-MS/MS法测定杨梅中6种农药残留操作简便,提取步骤简单,是实现同时测定杨梅中6种农药残留的有效方法.
