Abstract
无取向硅钢的表面质量是产品的重要指标之一.某无取向硅钢在生产过程中,表面出现黑斑缺陷,对产线稳定性以及产品成材率产生较大影响.通过宏观观察、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析、现场模拟实验等,研究了产生黑斑的原因.结果 表明:黑斑产生的直接原因与涂液"飞溅"有关,缺陷的产生与涂机及涂辊运行状态有关.
