Abstract
为满足高效冰箱压缩机电机性能要求,通过成分设计、RH精炼、连铸、热轧、一次冷轧、连续退火和精整包装等工序,成功试制出高牌号无取向硅钢产品,磁性能测试铁损P1.5/50为2.73 W/kg,磁感B50为1.70T.所研制的产品用于高效冰箱压缩机行业,电机定子退火后平均铁损P1.5/50为1.80 W/kg,整机装配后电机效率≥86％,能够满足高效冰箱压缩机电机的性能要求.
