退火及光整工艺对IF钢组织性能的影响

Abstract
本文以0.7 mm规格冷轧IF钢为研究对象,研究了在实际生产中退火和光整(SPM)工艺对IF钢性能的影响.结果表明:在退火温度从780℃升到830℃时,钢板的屈服强度、抗拉强度逐渐降低,延伸率、n值和r值整体呈升高趋势,退火温度对屈服强度影响显著.退火温度每升高20℃,屈服强度就会降低4~8 MPa;在退火温度825℃情况下,光整机延伸率对屈服强度影响显著,光整机延伸率每增加0.3%,屈服强度增加9~11 MPa,r值增加0.04~0.13,光整延伸率对钢板的伸长率和n值影响较小.
