Abstract
本文以河北省高校外籍教师为研究对象,以其域外思想传播的途径、方式和内容为研究和核心问题,研究目标为在实证研究结果下制定相应对策,既发挥我省高校外籍教师的积极作用,使之成为我省教育国际化的贡献者和中外文化交流的桥梁,又守护好高校意识形态阵地,让高校外籍教师在尊重中国文化,遵守中国规则的前提下传递本国优秀文化.
