Abstract
番茄是广泛种植的果蔬类作物,病害发生是导致番茄产量和品质降低的重要原因,AtIWS1 (Arabidopsis thaliana interact with SPT6)基因可以提高拟南芥抗病性.文章通过病原菌接种克隆番茄SlIWS1基因,并构建植物表达载体,利用农杆菌介导方法在烟草叶片中进行瞬时表达和Western Blot检测.实验结果表明,番茄SlIWS1基因在病原丁香假单胞菌接种时表达水平升高,参与番茄抗病防御应答.利用SlIWS1基因所构建的植物表达载体,在烟草中获得预期大小SlIWS1蛋白表达产物,可用于后续番茄SlIWS1蛋白质相互作用和基因功能分析.
