介绍了低合金钢焊接残余应力及其消除方法,综述了热处理方法消除残余应力的机理、工艺参数设计、低合金钢消应力热处理特点,以及该处理对低合金钢构件性能与残余应力的影响规律.指出了针对低合金钢构件,在考虑应力消除效果的同时,还应在构件选材、制作及热处理参数制订时尽量避免消应力热处理后材质性能产生明显恶化.
