Abstract
真空干燥除油工艺是利用负压环境烘干蒸发、冷凝、收集油液的一种新除油方法,其真空系统的设计将直接影响除油效果.以900×750×50mm3的家用空调冷凝器为除油对象,根据提出的工艺要求,给出了设计方案,选配了相应的真空获得设备,设计了真空室及核心部件的结构,完成了真空干燥除油系统的设计.
