Abstract
采用往复式摩擦磨损试验机测试ZL111、ZL104干摩擦及油润滑摩擦性能,研究往复频率和添加剂二辛基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)含量对ZL111、ZL104摩擦学性能的影响,探讨铝合金的摩擦学机理.结果表明:干摩擦下,在低频时ZL111的磨损量小于ZL104.ZL111在大于4 Hz时磨损量随频率增加而加大,而ZL104在大于8 Hz时才增加.基础油润滑下,铝合金在68#机械油润滑下的磨损量高于10W-30全合成油,ZL111的磨损量低于ZL104.在基础油中添加添加剂后,使得铝合金的磨损量降低.ZL111在含ZDDP的油润滑下的磨损量较小,其原因是Cu元素能够加强ZL111分子间的结合力,使化学反应膜更紧密的结合在基体表面.
