Abstract
对钢卷自动打捆机的功能进行分析,根据钢卷自动打捆机的结构,设计基于PLC的全自动钢卷打捆机自动控制系统,设计系统主控流程图和自动打捆模式控制流程图,实现对全自动钢卷打捆机的整机控制.并采用S7-PLCsim对设计的控制系统进行仿真测试,结果表明所设计的控制系统达到技术要求.
