栅控热阴极中和器数值仿真改进与试验研究

Abstract
利用Opera仿真软件开展了栅控热阴极中和器性能的仿真研究,结果显示,阳极电流和栅极截获电流与阴极-阳极间距、阴极-栅极间距、栅极电压、栅极孔半径相关.对设计的栅控热阴极中和器进行的性能测试试验结果表明,当阴极-阳极间距在5~30L0,阴极-栅极间距在D0~2D0,栅极孔半径在6~8r0时,栅控热阴极中和器电子发射性能存在最佳点;当栅极电压100 V、阳极电压300 V时,阳极电流达到17.74 mA,栅极截获电流仅为0.03 mA,阴极加热功率为8W.仿真结果与试验结果一致性较好.
