Abstract
为快速推动汽车底盘零件轻量化,针对某车型底盘系统前制动盘零件,设计了一种"灰铸铁摩擦环+铝合金盘帽"组合式复合制动盘代替原一体式灰铸铁制动盘.通过介绍组合式制动盘开发过程中的结构设计优化、 材料定义、 仿真分析和零件性能评价,验证了组合式制动盘在能够保证整车制动性能要求的基础上可以实现显著的轻量化效果.
