Abstract
设计了基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线技术、PLC控制技术和变频传动技术的自动化生产线控制系统,研究了变频器参数设置、PROFIBUS-DP通信协议、PLC硬件组态配置.利用西门子STEP7编程软件开发了PLC与变频器之间的实时通信程序,实现了PLC与变频器的通信,有效提高了自动化生产线控制系统的稳定性,优化了产品的生产节拍.
