Abstract
对刚果(金)某高氧化率铜钴矿进行了选冶联合工艺试验研究.以回收铜为主,综合考虑回收钴,采用"先浮硫化矿、后硫化浮选氧化矿"的异步浮选流程,分别得到铜品位29.39%、钴品位0.47%、铜回收率27.09%、钴回收率6.50%的硫化铜钴精矿和铜品位8.79%、钴品位0.52%、铜回收率50.91%、钴回收率45.71%的氧化铜钴精矿2种产品;氧化矿浮选获得的综合中矿经硫酸浸出,所得铜钴回收率分别为16.30%和23.37%.最终选冶联合工艺获得铜、钴总回收率分别为94.30%和75.58%.
