水力造穴"一孔多穴"模式的有效影响半径数值模拟

Abstract
以白羊岭煤矿高压水射流"钻孔-造穴"一体化试验为工程背景,采用COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件建立水力冲孔造穴模型,模拟分析造穴钻孔周围煤体应力、瓦斯压力和渗透率的演化规律.在此基础上,考虑了不同造穴半径对瓦斯抽采有效影响半径的影响.结果表明:造穴半径与瓦斯抽采有效影响半径呈正相关的关系.采用流量法对该矿水力造穴有效影响半径进行现场考察,实测结果与模拟结果基本一致,证实了水力造穴的增透效果显著.
