Abstract
为优化镐型截齿硬度、耐磨性、冲击性能3项性能指标,对镐型截齿材料实施深冷处理,并取得了良好效果.为得出镐型截齿整机产品最优深冷工艺组,从多目标规划角度,基于QFD模型构建了镐型截齿深冷工艺多目标优化模型,并寻优得出镐型截齿整机产品的最优深冷工艺组为:深冷温度77 K,深冷时间24 h,交变2次.且通过试验验证了此模型的有效性.
