Abstract
通过盐雾腐蚀试验法,对不同温度渗氮+后氧化处理的40Cr钢试样及不同表面防护状态下的40Cr钢试样的耐蚀性能进行对比.结果表明,40Cr钢渗氮温度在560～580℃之间时,中性盐雾试验时间可达200 h以上;对渗氮后氧化处理后的40Cr钢试验件边缘保护及油封处理后,中性盐雾试验时间可达200 h,外观评级(RA)为10.
