Abstract
某输煤系统带式输送机减速机的18CrNiMo7-6钢制高速轴发生早期断裂.为此对失效轴进行宏观分析、断口扫描电镜及能谱分析、金相分析、硬度分析、冲击韧性分析和化学成分分析.结果表明,该失效轴断裂性质为多源疲劳断裂,疲劳源位于键槽尖端,高速轴未经正确的表面强化热处理是导致其发生早期断裂的重要原因.
