非金属瓦斯抽采管耐外压变形规律

Abstract
为提高穿层钻孔封孔质量,保证区域瓦斯治理效果,针对钻孔封孔过程存在的瓦斯抽采管被压扁、堵塞,引起瓦斯流动通道封闭的问题,通过分析影响抽采管耐外压能力的因素,研制基于温度、外压力为参数的非金属抽采管耐外压试验装置,模拟井下注浆过程中,抽采管受外压时的变形规律.研究结果表明:材质、外径、壁厚、环境温度、外加压力都对抽采管的变形产生影响;在材质、直径、壁厚一定下,抽采管变形的主要影响因素是外加压力和环境温度;同一温度下,压力越高抽采管变形越严重;温度越高,抽采管被压扁时的压力值越低;对于PE-KM1.6/32型、壁厚3.4 mm的抽采管,当岩孔温度在20~30℃时,注浆压力不宜超过1 MPa.
