Abstract
金属零件在渗碳前需要表面干净,但现有网带炉的前清洗效果不佳.为改善网带炉前清洗的去油去污效果,在网带炉前清洗安装超声波清洗装置.根据前清洗的尺寸结构和超声清洗的特点,设计了超声清洗的功率、频率、安装方式.结果证明,增加超声清洗装置后,零件清洗效果得到改善,零件热处理后渗层厚度更加均匀.
