Abstract
基于钛锆-磷硅无铬钝化体系,采用正交试验方法,改变钝化液浓度、干燥温度和时间,成功获得了高性能无铬钝化膜,并确定了无铬钝化最佳工艺.通过测定试验样板的抗酸抗硫性能、涂漆附着力性能和电化学耐蚀性能,发现其综合性能接近铬酸盐钝化产品.
