Abstract
采用工业级定向凝固炉研究了籽晶法制备单晶过程中籽晶顶端氧化层结构及对凝固缺陷形成的影响.结果 表明,籽晶顶端氧化层主要为Al2O3和NiO;氧化层隔离了熔融籽晶与浇注的合金,导致定向凝固过程中在氧化层处形成了小角度晶界、杂晶等凝固缺陷.
