Abstract
ZTA15钛合金铸件在机加工过程中发生开裂.对开裂的铸件进行了化学成分分析、断口分析、金相检验和能谱分析.结果表明:铸件有铸造过程中产生的缩孔缺陷,补焊前未将缺陷完全去除,导致其在焊接应力和机加工应力的共同作用下开裂.
