深水M型跨接管热循环疲劳损伤评估

Abstract
跨接管在运行中由于启动、关断、冷却、再启动、通球等操作产生温度、内压的变化,导致热循环疲劳.本文以深水立式M型跨接管为研究对象,通过ABAQUS软件分别进行跨接管一个循环周期内高温高压、低温低压运行状态下的强度分析,得到两种运行状态下管道截面各位置的轴向力和弯矩,结合跨接管材料的S-N曲线进行疲劳损伤评估,为深水M型跨接管热循环疲劳计算提供指导和参考.
