三元催化器端盖内高压成形仿真分析

Abstract
为解决传统冲压生产三元催化器端盖过程中存在的成形工序繁杂、材料利用率低等问题,将内高压成形技术应用于三元催化器端盖,根据其结构特点,采用"一模两件"工艺,并借助非线性有限元软件DYNAFORM对汽车三元催化器端盖进行仿真,研究了端盖壁厚分布、起皱行为及非对称大膨胀比管件的成形规律.结果表明,在前期加载速率上升较快的路径下,成形截面壁厚值大幅度上升,壁厚减薄区域缩小;成形过程中管件起皱数目为3时,管件成形极限提高;当初始压力值为13.0 MPa时,截面壁厚分布较为均匀,成形质量最好.
