Abstract
钛合金骨架在加工过程中发生开裂,通过宏观分析、扫描电镜断口观察、金相检验等手段对开裂部位进行了检验分析.结果表明:铸件在铸造过程中产生原始缩孔缺陷,补焊时未将缺陷完全去除,造成应力集中,后续加工时在焊接应力、加工应力共同作用下产生开裂.
