Abstract
通过开展喷砂除锈试验,确定了采用喷土砂的方法去除车架表面锈蚀、油迹,为漆膜提供良好的附着力,从而避免出现漆膜脱落、起皮等缺陷;同时,可有效降低喷砂过程中对车架表面的冲击力,从而减小产品的变形,保证特种车底盘车架总成的整体质量.
