Abstract
在阐述系统工程方法论霍尔模型的基础上,将霍尔三维结构空间中所有解决方案转化为多目标优化求解问题,从网络信息安全人才的类型、层次构建了网络信息安全人才队伍评估指标体系,运用人工智能技术进行了建模,运用经验数据仿真验证.结果表明,该模型能够精确评估网络信息安全人才队伍效能,为决策者可以提供一定的数据支撑.
