Abstract
某600 MW机组汽轮机材质为20Cr1Mo1VNbTiB的高压调汽阀螺栓断裂失效,采用宏观分析、化学成分分析、金相分析、断口分析和硬度分析等方法对螺栓的断裂原因进行分析.结果 表明:在螺纹齿根处存在加工缺陷导致应力集中,同时工艺过程中螺栓材料化学元素控制不当降低了螺栓的塑性,并且在高温高压下长时间运行后材质出现了老化,最终螺栓发生断裂.
