高浓度乙醇发酵技术具有高设备利用率、高乙醇浓度、高细胞密度和高发酵效率等优点,能够有效提高发酵成熟醪乙醇浓度,降低生产成本,提高装置生产能力,是乙醇发酵行业及科研机构的主要研究方向之一.简述了高浓度乙醇发酵技术的原理、特点以及面临的问题,对高浓度乙醇发酵国内外研究进展进行了综述,同时对高浓度乙醇发酵的发展前景进行了展望.
