Abstract
传统洗扫车风机采用单独布置的结构形式,由于箱体进气道较长,并且气流在输送过程中会经过多次变向,导致流场压阻增加,系统能耗较高.本文将风机与箱体结构集成设计,并对风机气力系统进行优化,降低系统压阻,能耗,实现整车轻量化.本文以18t传统洗扫车为基础,进行风机集成箱体设计,并对集成后结构进行气力系统仿真,并验证了集成设计后洗扫车的整车性能与原结构基本一致,实现上装电机能耗降低13%.
