Abstract
目前,广西电网地县调配网调度工作基本采用直接许可方式,未能清楚划分调度与运行的职责界面,制约了配网的安全运行及调度工作效率的提升.现通过配网间接许可与直接许可的模式对比,探索间接许可存在的风险,并提出了风险应对措施及下一步工作建议.
