IEC 61508-2:2010标准7.4.11章节中指出,当数据通信用于执行一个安全功能时,应考虑传输错误如重复、丢失、插入、不正确序列、数据错误、延时、伪装和寻址,并估算通信过程中的失效量(例如残余错误率).IEC61784-3:2017标准针对上述通信错误定义了几种通信模型和总线通信残余错误率的计算公式.
