Abstract
以芹菜叶为原料,提取色素为天然染料,比较浸提法和超声波法提取芹菜叶色素的提取效率.较优浸提法工艺:40％乙醇为提取剂,料液比1:20,75℃浸提100 min.探究芹菜叶色素超声波染色棉织物工艺对上染率的影响,最佳染色工艺:超声波功率400 W,浴比1:50,50℃染色40 min.研究媒染对上染率和色牢度的影响.结果表明,优化的媒染工艺为硫酸铜预媒染,可提高耐皂洗色牢度.芹菜叶色素上染棉织物的色牢度可达国家服用标准.
