两种加工工艺提取重瓣红玫瑰细胞液化学成分分析初报

Abstract
重瓣红玫瑰是唯一的药食同源玫瑰品种,利用亚真空低温烘干和真空冷冻干燥两种工艺加工得到的细胞液质量有差异.两种细胞液都含有玫瑰精油的易挥发成分,采用固相微萃取(SPME)进行前处理并经GC-MS分析细胞液化学成分,初步发现真空冷冻干燥工艺得到的细胞液质量较好.
